Publications

Your Expression of Interest should include:

1.   A statement about the teams’ major achievements in mathematics education research and publication including editorial experiences. Please include publication lists of all team members and any editorial experience they have. Teams consisting of both experienced and early career MERGA researchers and members are encouraged.

2.   A proposed framework for the content of the review and an indication of the process to be followed to determine the structure and content of the book to ensure that an appropriate breadth of research across Australasia is included. 

3.   Procedures for inviting authors of chapters, a process for ensuring the authors represent the MERGA membership base and a means of providing support for new authors and individual authors expressing interest in authoring chapters.

4.   Editorial team processes: Indicate how you intend working together, especially if you are located in different institutions.

5.   An indicative time line for editing and publishing the book. (Anticipated delivery of manuscript to publisher in March 2020)

6.   Administrative and editorial assistance: Indicate the availability of such support and provide a budget for additional assistance you anticipate requiring.

7.   Provide a letter of support from the manager (Dean or Head of School or Department) of each member of the proposed team.
