Professional Development Initiative: Reviewing
This initiative has three elements:
Review of reviews
Reviewers of papers may choose to receive a copy of the reviews written by other reviewers of the same papers that they reviewed. There is a tick box at the bottom of the review form where copies of the other reviews can be requested.
Review workshopping
MERGA conferences frequently provide opportunities for workshops on writing papers and other submissions to be reviewed, and opportunities to learn about different kinds of reviewing.
